About The Lofi Foundation

The Lofi Foundation was born out of a vision to turn crypto culture into a force for good. Backed by the Lofi community and built on the Sui Network, we've raised over $170,000 in just six months to fund clean water initiatives across the globe. Our mission is to bring decentralized communities together in a way the in turn yields massive real-world opportunity and support for those who need a helping hand. Since our inception in December 2024, we have: - Constructed 6 water wells and 5 public restrooms to villages in Nigeria - Restored and repurposed an old water well for a college preparatory school in Puerto Rico - Built a solar power water well for communities in Pakistan through our partnership with H2O Tayaba - Removed 2.5 Million water bottles from the ocean and ocean-boudn landfills through our partnership with Stoked Plastic These efforts are a testament to what's possible when web3 communities unite with purpose. The Lofi Foundation exists to prove that impact can go hand in hand with innovation—and that doing good doesn't require permission. Now, we're focused on our next chapter: creating lasting impact through education. During our efforts supporting Paradiso College Preparatory in Puerto Rico, we realized we had a unique opportunity to teach the young scholar about crypto. As a result, we've created an Intro to Blockchain course built for students grades 6 - 12, introducing them to the fundamentals of decentralized finance, Sui Network, and projects like Walrus Protocol. Together, we're not just building wells—we're building resources for the next generation of minds to tap into and learn web3 like never before.
